秋季食欲旺盛，不知不觉就吃了很多热量进肚。如果一天吃5餐，每餐吃得比平时少，这样下来你一整天都不会觉得饿，也就不会很想吃东西了。少量多餐可是很有道理的哦。

1、脂肪和蛋白质搭配，肉放心吃

秋季瘦身在饮食方面非常适合采用低胰岛素减肥法，速度快周减4-10斤，还提倡吃饱、吃好、不需要特别的运动，更不需要忍饥挨饿，就可以达到减肥的效果。

原理：胰岛素是胰腺分泌出来的，当我们吃进碳水化合物的时候，血糖(葡萄糖)就会快速升高，胰腺便马不停蹄分泌出胰岛素，将身体所需的血糖储存在肝脏或肌肉里，多余的就转换成脂肪储存备用。事实就这么简单：你只需要短期限制碳水化合物，就不会让胰岛素升高，身体将进入脂肪代谢。

1、脂肪和蛋白质搭配，肉放心吃

肉：鸡、鱼、精牛肉、瘦猪肉、鹅、驴、羊、泥鳅、白鸭肉、兔肉、海鲜里的贝类、牛奶、蛋

油：植物油，鱼油、蚝油、营养调合油、榄橄油、花生油、核桃油

秋季天干物燥，在吃肉时候，多以炖、蒸、煮为宜。少以爆、烧、炒为佳。请相信肉和肥胖没有必然联系，人在肥胖状态下，能量代谢与脂肪无关，主要以消耗碳水化合物为主。碳水化合物取代脂肪过多摄入才是肥胖发生的真正原因。

2、高纤蔬菜、低淀粉的制品、低糖的水果多多吃

蔬菜：胡萝卜、木耳、玉米、豌豆、花生、西红柿、芹菜、菠菜、鲜山药、百合等

谷类：糙米、荞麦、燕麦、紫米、小米等。

水果类：葡萄、苹果、杨桃、蜜柚、猕猴桃、板栗、核桃、木瓜、柚、芒果等。

秋天正是物产丰收的季节，蔬菜水果选择的品种也比其它季节要多，一般来说，选择升糖指数中等、低一些的此类食物，一是可以让血糖上升缓慢，不刺激胰岛素过多分泌而产生肥胖;二是保证代谢系统稳定地运行，又会发胖而且还促进排毒。
